ARGUMENT(S) |
Registration of the applied-for mark for use on "rollers for machines" in International Class 7 is refused based on a likelihood of confusion with
the marks in U.S. Registration Nos. 2280260 and 4829529. Applicant has amended its identification to clarify that its goods are: "cleaning rollers for use in machines" and "elastomer rollers being
cleaning components of printing machines." These goods are not the same as or related to the "heating rollers used in laminating machines" in Reg. No. 2280260 (Mark: NT) or the "machine parts,
namely, rolls for rolling mills for metalworking" in Reg. No. 4829529 (Mark: NT-ROLL). As such, there is no likelihood of confusion between the applied-for mark and the marks in the cited
registrations. |
