Thank you for submitting the response at the end of October. I think we need to keep working with this identification since the language you sent in response is a bit different. Also, it did not address the identification requirements in the Office action.
I am particularly still concerned that the term “entrepreneur” is so broad. I am trying to come up with language that will clarify this is for people developing new products and obtaining funding and/or finding buyers for their products. If that’s even accurate.
As a starting point, I’m making some further suggestions here:
Class 9: Downloadable software for use in managing sales projects and connecting with sales leads, sales professionals, and retail experts; downloadable software for obtaining business intelligence from sales professionals, product development and retail experts; all of the aforementioned goods are for the purpose of connecting entrepreneurs with retailers and brand owners for the purpose of obtaining venture capital investments to market and sell entrepreneurs' goods and services to third parties
Class 35: Providing business networking services for matching sales professionals, retail experts, manufacturers, and wholesale suppliers; providing sales leads in the wholesale and retail markets; providing a searchable online database of independent professionals; providing and facilitating business intelligence and data analytics for purposes of identifying and recommending independent professionals for hire; providing and facilitating business intelligence and data analytics for manufacturers and wholesale suppliers; providing and facilitating business information for use in business networking; providing business networking services for business collaboration and providing referrals in the field of sales, sales leads, sales project, sales professionals, and retail experts; provision and facilitation of business and sales information via global computer networks; business consulting and advisory services for the consumer products industry; business consulting and advisory services in the field of sales and product development; sales promotion services; all of the aforementioned services are for the purpose of connecting entrepreneurs with retailers and brand owners for the purpose of obtaining venture capital investments with to market and sell entrepreneurs' goods and services to third parties
