Application has been amended as shown below.  As agreed to by Randy Diggs on July 25, 2019, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the goods and/or services are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).

Amended Identification of Goods and Services

The identification of goods and services is amended to read as follows: 

• International Class 001: Antioxidants and preservatives in the form of dry powders or power mixtures for dissolving in water, or in the form of aqueous solutions for fresh, cut, portioned, peeled, preserved fruit, vegetables, and herbs, fruit, vegetable, and herbs products, fruit, vegetable, and herbs compositions, namely, vitamins, minerals, salts and mixtures thereof in the nature of ascorbic acid, isoascorbic acid, acerola, and salts thereof, alkali metal salts and alkaline earth metal salts, in particular sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium salts, sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium hydrogen carbonate and mixtures thereof

• International Class 040: Preserving and processing of fruit, vegetables, and herbs with antioxidants and preservatives in the form of aqueous solutions for spraying, dripping, watering, dipping or marinating fruit and vegetables, and herbs, fruit, vegetable, and herbs products, fruit, vegetable, and herbs compositions, in particular fresh, cut, portioned, sliced and peeled form, namely, vitamins, minerals, salts and mixtures thereof, in particular with ascorbic acid, isoascorbic acid, acerola, and salts thereof, alkali metal salts and alkaline earth metal salts in the nature of sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium salts, sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium hydrogen carbonate and mixtures thereof
