Hi Mr. Brown,
My apologies; I was on a conference call when you tried to return my call earlier today. In short, it has come to my attention that there is an issue with the identifications in these files: specifically, rental of equipment for “storage of freshwater” should be in Class 39, whereas rental of equipment for the “treatment and repurposing of wastewater” is in Class 40. This could be addressed by either deleting some of the language or splitting the ID across two classes:
Class 39: rental of oilfield equipment for use in connection with the storage of freshwater
Class 40: rental of oilfield equipment for use in connection with the treatment and repurposing of wastewater
