Hi Jordan,

 

Do you have any other titles than “Manager”? Our procedures tell us that usually any type of “manager” is an employee of a corporation, not a corporate officer. Or, could you affirmatively confirm that you are authorized to bind the applicant under the corporation’s articles of incorporation or bylaws? You could do so by responding “Yes, I am authorized to bind the applicant under the corporation’s articles of incorporation or bylaws.”

 

If there is someone that you can forward this to for response that is a corporate officer that would work too.
