Application serial no. 88239479 MAZI(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/88239479/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Applicant submits that the subject mark, MAZI, is an arbitrary term.  It was comprised by Applicant’s founders as a combination of their names.  “MA” is for Marisol and “ZI” is for Ziba.  That said, if a translation statement is required, then the Examiner is permitted to enter the requested statement that the English translation of MAZI is “together.”
