To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Applicant proposes to amend the following class of goods/services in the application:

Section 1051(a), as amended. The mark was first used at least as early as 05/17/2016 and first used in commerce at least as early as 05/17/2016 , and is now in use in such commerce.

The specimen(s) submitted consists of photos of two of the products from the line of TruClear products showing that the mark TruClear makes a separate commercial impression as a mark, apart from the descriptors (BASIC and ULTRA), indicating the strength of the product, that follow the mark .
