The color(s) dark and light Grey, white and green is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a grey shield made of light and dark grey square tiles grouted in white with a riveted grey metal border with the upper case letter "Q" in green mounted in the center of shield over the tiles with a sparkle/star in white appearing over the top left side of the green upper case letter "Q" and two additional sparkle/stars in white below. The word "SHIELD" in grey is centered below the image of the shield.
