I am the examining attorney reviewing the trademark application for CONTAINERS MADE EASY, Serial No. 88234691 (Atty. Docket No. 12178).
After reviewing the application, the only issue that needs to be addressed is that the wording “CONTAINERS” must be disclaimed, as it is descriptive of applicant’s services. If your client is agreeable to the disclaimer, I can add it to the record via Examiner’s Amendment. Then I would submit the application for publication.
Please let me know if your client is agreeable to the proposed amendment by the end of business on March 22, 2019. If I do not hear from you, I will have to issue an Office action.
