If accurate, applicant may also adopt:
Providing educational information at symposiums, trade shows and conferences in the field of science-based nutrition and nutritional solutions in Class 044.

In this case, applicant must disclaim the wording “NUTRITION THERAPY” because it is not inherently distinctive. This wording is at best are merely descriptive of a quality, characteristic, function, feature, purpose, or use of applicant’s services; which include educational information in the field of science based nutrition and nutrition solutions. See 15 U.S.C. §1052(e)(1); DuoProSS Meditech Corp. v. Inviro Med. Devices, Ltd., 695 F.3d 1247, 1251, 103 USPQ2d 1753, 1755 (Fed. Cir. 2012); TMEP §§1213, 1213.03(a).

The following description is suggested, if accurate: The mark consists of two circles, one appearing inside the other. The inner circle includes the wording TNT 4.0 and the outer circle includes the wording AN INTEGRATED APPROACH TO PATIENT CARE; and the lower portion of the circles is obscured by the ribbon band that appears across the bottom of the design to encompass the circles and features the wording TOTAL NUTRITION THERAPY.
