• Amended Description of the Mark:  The mark consists of two circles, one appearing inside the other. The inner circle includes the wording TNT 4.0 and the outer circle includes the wording AN INTEGRATED APPROACH TO PATIENT CARE;  and the lower portion of the circles is obscured by the ribbon band that appears across the bottom of the design to encompass the circles and features the wording TOTAL NUTRITION THERAPY.
