Dear Ms. Fink,
Thank you for submitting the responses for these applications. There is still one item in the identification that must be clarified in each application. Specifically, the wording “Providing information in the field of sound, namely, audio equipment” in Class 41 is too broad because it could include a variety of information about audio equipment (e.g., consumer product information in class 35, repair of audio equipment in class 37, operation or rental of audio equipment, or design of audio equipment in class 42.) See http://idm-tmng.gov.uspto.report/id-master-list-public.html.
If you wanted to keep the information in the existing classes in the application, you could amend the services as follows (no proposed changes to class 9):
IC 035. US 100 101 102. G & S: Providing consumer product information in the field of audio and electronic products all on-line via a global computer network; Providing consumer product information regarding audio equipment via a global computer network
IC 037. US 100 103 106. G & S: Repair and maintenance services for electronic equipment, namely, audio equipment, computer hardware; Providing information regarding the repair and maintenance of audio equipment via a global computer network
IC 041. US 100 101 107. G & S: Providing information in the field of sound, namely, rental of audio equipment, operation of audio equipment for producing sound recordings, sound mixing, production of sound recordings, audio mastering, and editing and recording of sound, and music, all on-line via a global computer network; providing online blogs in the field of sound, music, and entertainment; providing non-downloadable webinars in the field of sound, music, and entertainment; entertainment services, namely, providing podcasts in the field of sound, music, and entertainment
Please let me know if you’d like to proceed with any of these amendments via Examiner’s Amendments so that the applications may be passed to publication.
Sincerely yours,
April Hesik
