Hi Ms. Ferrel,
Yes, that is fine with the client. Please proceed with the Class 30 presentation as stated in the initial email.

Mr. Singh,
No, not the whole Class 30, just a few select entries. In the suggestion in the initial email (it’s below in the email chain) you can see the ones I’m proposing.
Thanks! Happy Valentines day to you too!

Hi Ms. Ferrel,
Just to clarify, are you suggesting we remove class 30 all together? I think there may be opposition to that as that is the primary focus of the client.
Happy valentines day btw.

Mr. Singh,
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I did want to clarify, you mention the amendments regarding the “cancer treatment” language, but does your client approve of the changes to Class 30 that were suggested—removing some language?
And I look forward to working with you regarding the other office actiosn I have sent out over the last couple of days as well.
Thank you,
Katherine Ferrell

Hello Ms. Farrell,
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to me about this matter. I have conferred with the client and we agree to the Examiners Amendment you proposed foregoing any treatments of cancer.
On a separate note, Im sure we will be in contact with one another given some of the office actions coming down the pipeline and after speaking with you, I look forward to working with you on these matters.
Thank you for your understanding and reasonableness.
