EXPLANATION OF FILING
Registrant hereby wishes to amend the dates of first use anywhere and in U.S. commerce to January 21, 2020. Pursuant to TMEP Section 1609.07, this amendment is acceptable because the use occurred before the expiration of the statutory period in which to file the Statement of Use (March 3, 2020). Registrant therefore respectfully requests this office enter the amendment and issue a new registration certificate.
