This letter responds to the applicant's communication filed on January 7, 2021. The applicant responded to the Office action by amending a portion of the unacceptable identification. The following action sets forth the remaining issues for resolution.

For the reasons set forth below, the following requirement is now made FINAL. See 37 C.F.R. §2.63(b).

Applicant may adopt the following wording, if accurate: digital signal processing units for use with headphones.
