The petition to revive the above identified trademark application submitted on May 18, 2020 was automatically granted in error and is hereby rescinded.[1]

 

This application was abandoned for failure to respond to the Office action issued by the Examining Attorney on October 28, 2019.  A complete response to this Office action must be submitted.  The response should address every issue raised in the Office action and be personally signed by a proper party.

 

Where an applicant is represented by an attorney, the attorney must sign the response.  Where an applicant is not represented by an authorized attorney, the response must be signed by the individual applicant or someone with legal authority to bind a juristic applicant (e.g., a corporate officer or general partner).  In the case of joint applicants, all must sign.
