The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 5985597 EMBRACE (Stylized and/or with Design, see http://uspto.report/TM/88183752/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING
The present Request is for a correction to the owner's name as it appears on the original Certificate of Registration. A mistake was made by the Applicant/Owner in the spelling of the Applicant/Owner's company name in the Application Serial No. 88/183752 as filed, and which later matured into Registration No. 5985597. The Application as filed, and the Registration as issued, both names "Embrace Shoelace Design, LLC" as the Applicant/Owner. However, the Applicant/Owner's correct name is "Embrace Shoelace Designs, LLC". In other words, "Design" should be "Designs." This mistake is an inadvertent and immaterial error in the manner in which the Applicant/Owner's name is set forth, and is not an attempt to substitute another entity as the Owner. This mistake arose due to a miscommunication between the Owner's representative and the Owner's attorney. This mistake occurred in good faith, and unfortunately was not noticed until after the Certificate of Registration had issued. The correction of this mistake does not involve any significant and/or substantive changes to either the mark itself, or to the identification of goods in the registration, and thus does not require republication of the mark.
