Subject: U.S. PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE COMMUNICATION REGARDING U.S. APPLICATION NO. 88069720 (LOVE DISCIPLES OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST)

Dear Mr. Stewart,

I am the examining attorney assigned to review the above-referenced trademark application on behalf of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. I recently approved the application for publication. However, I overlooked the requirement for a disclaimer of the Latin cross in the mark. Religious symbols that indicate an affiliation with Christianity are considered informational and must be disclaimed. TMEP §1202.17(e)(iv).

In order for the application to move forward, the following disclaimer statement must be entered: No claim is made to the exclusive right to use the depiction of the Latin cross, the word "LOVE", and the wording "DISCIPLES OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST" apart from the mark as shown.

If you would like to have the changes entered by me via examiner's amendment, please let me know on or before close of business on Thursday, February 7, 2019. If you have any questions, feel free to call or email.

Kind regards,

Shaila E. Lewis
