Subject: Trademark Application Serial No. 88169498 SHE TRAVELS
Dear Attorney Robin Fuller:
As discussed earlier today, before the above referenced application can proceed to publication, we need to resolve the following identification of services issue(s):
Identification of Services
Class 036: “{specify nature and field(s) of insurance services, e.g. Insurance services in the field of property and casualty, namely, insurance underwriting, insurance claims servicing, loss control and risk evaluation for others, and providing information in the field of insurance}
Class 041: “{specify form of education services, e.g. Educational classes, seminars, workshops, training and mentoring in the fields of insurance and career development”
Applicant may amend the identification to clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but not to broaden or expand the goods and/or services beyond those in the original application or as acceptably amended. See 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); TMEP §1402.06. Generally, any deleted goods and/or services may not later be reinserted. See TMEP §1402.07(e).
To expedite processing, please email or call me sometime before the end of the day, Tuesday, December 4, 2018, to attempt to resolve the issue(s) for immediate approval for publication. If you authorize the change(s) or clarification(s), all that is needed is your authorization in an email, phone call, or detailed voicemail.
If the issue(s) cannot be resolved this way, formal office action(s) will have to be issued, and the examination process extended. Thank you.
Best Regards,
/Natalie Polzer/
