I am the Trademark Examining Attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office examining this application and wanted to discuss the following issues with you:

 

Amended Identification of Goods: Some of the wording in the identification must be further specified to ensure it is properly classified and definite.  Specifically, the wording “generic vitamin b12” in Class 1 is indefinite because the word “generic” is not descriptive of a branded good. Additionally, the appropriate classification for these goods would be Class 5.

 

Please let me know if you agree to the following suggested identification and classification of goods, if accurate:

 

Class 05: Vitamins b12 preparations
