In response to the Office Action issued on November 26, 2019, Applicant states that it has petitioned to cancel Registration No. 5824166 (the “Cited Registration”), which the Examining Attorney cited against the applied-for-mark. The Cancellation Proceeding has been assigned proceeding no. 92072877. Accordingly, Applicant requests that the Examining Attorney suspend prosecution of Application Serial No. 88/145,785 pending the outcome of the Cancellation Proceeding.
