DATABASE SEARCH:  The trademark examining attorney has searched the USPTO’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d).  TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).

 

APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Marc Miller on January 15, 2019, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.  Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.

 

Amended Identification of Services

The identification of services is amended to read as follows:

 

International Class 035: Business services provided to financial services companies and other businesses, namely, to assist with, develop, and manage governmental licensing, registration, reporting, and other governmental submissions in the nature of assisting others in preparing and filing applications, registrations, reports, and other documents with governmental regulatory bodies for business or commercial purposes; operational business assistance in the nature of assisting others to maintain, modify, renew, transfer, and otherwise manage or dispose of business and commercial licenses, registrations, reports, and other documents; providing business advisory and consulting services to others regarding business and commercial licenses, registrations, reports, and other business and commercial documents, related governmental processes for business and commercial purposes

 

International Class 045: Legal services provided to financial services companies and other businesses, namely, to assist with, develop, and manage governmental licensing, registration, reporting, and other governmental submissions, in the nature of assisting others in preparing and filing applications, registrations, reports, and other documents with governmental regulatory bodies to license, register, and otherwise conduct their financial services and other businesses; legal services in the nature of assisting others to maintain, modify, renew, transfer, and otherwise manage or dispose of business and commercial licenses, registrations, reports, and other documents; providing legal advice and counseling, documentation, information, and legal consulting services in all areas of governmental licensing and regulatory compliance provided to financial services companies and other businesses
