EXPLANATION OF FILING
The Registrant kindly requests that the dates of first use for classes 35, 41, and 42 be amended/updated per the amendment filed by the Registrant on April 24, 2019, prior to the issuance of the certificate of registration. The Registrant acknowledges it made a good faith typographical error in the application for the dates of first use. To correct the first use dates in the application the Registrant then filed an amendment to correct the first use dates error (prior to the USPTO issuing the certificate of registration). Consequently, the USPTO did not review the amendment or amend the first use dates prior to issuing the certificate of registration as requested by the Registrant. The Registrant alleges the USPTO failed to amend the application prior to issuing the certificate of registration. The Registrant requests that the USPTO amend the dates of first use to 02/00/2014 for each class and issue a new certificate of registration with each class having a first use date of 02/00/2014. In summary, the Registrant kindly requests that the dates of first use be amended as requested by the April 24, 2019 amendment to reflect the correct dates of first use for each class as 02/00/2014.
