To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 88122558 PEACEWOLF CREATIONS (Stylized and/or with Design, see http://uspto.report/TM/88122558/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

Applicant hereby deletes the following class of goods/services from the application.
Class 025 for Custom Mascot Animal Costumes

Applicant hereby adds the following class of goods/services to the application:
New: Class 040 (Original Class: 025 ) for Sewing services, namely, custom construction stitching, tailoring of mascot animal costumes.
Filing Basis: Section 1(a), Use in Commerce: The mark was first used at least as early as 04/12/2018 and first used in commerce at least as early as 04/12/2018 , and is now in use in such commerce.
Applicant hereby submits a specimen for Class 040 . The specimen(s) submitted consists of The home page of a webpage on which the trademark is shown to promote sewing services, namely, custom construction stitching, and tailoring of animal costumes. .
