I will do the Examiner’s amendments for the two ALL ACCESS applications today, and the GAMESAVER application will abandon after 6/27/19, unless you want to file an express abandonment before that.

All Access *88117633*.  With respect to All Access in IC -35, I have confirmed with my client that the service is provided for third party game providing services.  We would like to adopt the following description that you provided:

 

Class 35 – Subscription management service as a subscription agent between online computer game providers and subscribers, with automatic reoccurring billing, that enables subscribers unlimited access to video games  

 

All Access *88117675*  With respect to All Access in IC - 41, we would like to utilize the following description that you provided:

 

Class 41 - Entertainment services, namely, providing online computer games through a subscription service with automatic reoccurring billing, that provides subscribers unlimited access to computer games  

 

With respect to Game Saver *88182071*, my client has advised me that he no longer wants to pursue that mark.
