Thank you for your response of April 1, 2019.  Everything is acceptable except for the disclaimer statement.   I need a disclaimer of the wording “ULTIMATE SUN PROTECTOR” as it is laudatorily descriptive in relations to the goods. I have reviewed your arguments, but I am not persuaded.  I can either enter in the disclaimer via an Examiner’s Amendment and approve the mark or proceed with a FINAL action.  Please let me know.
