The ID Manual includes the following three Class 35 entries: "Mobile vending in the field of {indicate specific field, e.g. food and drink, souvenirs, food, jewelry}" (ID Manual, Term ID 035-1806), "Street vendor services featuring {indicate specific field, e.g. souvenirs, food, jewelry}" (ID Manual, Term ID 035-279), and "Concession stands featuring {indicate specific field, e.g. food, souvenirs}" (ID Manual, Term ID 035-231). Applicant notes also that its related Application Serial Number 87/809,618 has been allowed for services in Class 35, including "retail store services featuring . . . souvenir merchandise."
