Subject: U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 88089386 - FRESHMINT
Importance: High
Mr. LaGasse,
I am writing in reference to U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 88089386, for the mark FRESHMINT in stylized characters and with a design. I tried to contact you by telephone earlier today, but was unable to reach you. The disclaimer and translation statement submitted with applicant’s March 29, 2019 response to the October 1, 2018 Office action are unnecessary and may be deleted. Please let me know as soon as possible if this would be acceptable, and if so, I would be glad to issue an Examiner’s Amendment for the change and update the record accordingly.
Sincerely,
Carl A. Konschak, Esq.
