| 1) I am a seller on Amazon. I created the brand SUVO to sell accessories for vapes/e-cigarettes. I have progressively been receiving higher demand for my chargers since
I created the brand and product listing. As a result of this there has been continuous efforts by other sellers to start selling the same chargers and posing as my brand, SUVO. The other sellers say
they are selling the SUVO brand because I have provided a great product and exceptional customer service and thus have received many positive reviews on Amazon. People tend to purchase product based
on the reviews of other customers. These other sellers are sometimes selling a different product while using my brand and providing horrible customer service. As a result it is tarnishing my brand
image and the goodwill I have created.
2) As mentioned above I have many other sellers posing to sell under my brand name SUVO. I currently have 7 other sellers claiming to sell my brand (My storefront name on Amazon is "GrowKo"). My
supplier in China reached out to me and notified me that other buyers of the chargers are requesting to use SUVO and identical packaging. Last week I was experiencing tremendous sales growth of over
300+ units daily. Since these other sellers have come onto my listing my sales have significantly dropped into the 100's. Amazon will not remove the other sellers from my listing until I have a
trademark. If I wait for the normal processing time for a trademark my brand, SUVO may no longer exist.
