Subject: Wi-Fi Alliance Marks

Hi Katherine,

I am the Trademark Examiner assigned to the following Wi-Fi Alliance marks. I am in the process of reviewing these applications and I need a few things:

WI-FI CERTIFIED WPA3 (88029945) – disclaimer of “CERTIFIED WPA3”

WI-FI CERTIFIED EASYMESH (88029961) – disclaimer of “CERTIFIED”

WI-FI CERTIFIED EASY CONNECT (88029975) – disclaimer of “CERTIFIED” AND “CONNECT”

WI-FI CERTIFIED 6 (88046074) – disclaimer of “CERTIFIED 6”

WI-FI 6 CERTIFIED (88148347) – disclaimer of “6 CERTIFIED” and an amended mark description: The mark consists of the wording “WI FI 6” in a stylized font inside of a rectangle with curved sides. The rectangle is shaded behind the wording “WI” and the number “6”. The wording “CERTIFIED” is in a stylized font and appears under the rectangle.

Please let me know if you agree to these changes and I will enter them for you with an Examiner’s Amendment. Thanks so much.

Best,

Jessie
