On October 16, 2018, action on this application was suspended in light of SN 88113457 and SN 87050076.  SN 88113457 has been abandoned.  SN 87050076 (now RN 5742375) has been assigned to Applicant (the assignment is recorded at REEL/FRAME 6506/0174).  In light of the respective abandonment and assignment of these applications, Applicant requests that the suspension be lifted. 
The referenced serial number(s) 88113457 has/have now abandoned/cancelled/expired. I am requesting removal of this application from suspension for consideration by the examining attorney.
