The above application will be in condition for publication once the description of the mark is amended to (a) delete the name of the particular font in the drawing, (b) state that the letters are in the color white, and (c) indicate that the letters A are represented as stylized triangles.

 

The amended description will read:  The mark consists of the word “AVANOS” in upper case white lettering with the letters A appearing as stylized triangles, and an orange and pink background.
