Dear Ms. Baugh:
I have reviewed the above-identified application. Everything looks fine except that the identification of services needs to be a little more specific. The identification now reads:
IC 41: Entertainment information services, namely, providing information and news releases about a musical artist; Music production services; Production of audio recording; Providing on-line music, not downloadable; Providing on-line videos featuring live performances, not downloadable; Provision of information relating to music; Video production services; Entertainment services in the nature of recording, production and post-production services in the field of music
The applicant must specify what types of “live performances” these are, e.g., live musical performances. Would this work?
IC 41: Entertainment information services, namely, providing information and news releases about a musical artist; Music production services; Production of audio recording; Providing on-line music, not downloadable; Providing on-line videos featuring live musical performances, not downloadable; Provision of information relating to music; Video production services; Entertainment services in the nature of recording, production and post-production services in the field of music
If not, please proposed alternate wording.
Once we agree on an amendment, I would be happy to make the changes for you by Examiner’s Amendment. Please let me know what works for you and your client by responding to this e-mail, if possible, by the close of business tomorrow, Wednesday, 10/17/18.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Nancy Clarke
