Applicant submits this amendment pursuant to TMEP 1201.02(c). Due to a typographical error in preparing the application form for Ser. No. 87546244 (MIXER), the word "Corporation" was inadvertently omitted from Applicant's name. Applicant was Microsoft Corporation, a corporation of Washington, on the date of filing this application and remains so, there is no entity incorporated in Washington as "Microsoft" only, and the correction of Applicant's name will not result in a change of entity. Applicant therefore respectfully requests that the amendment be entered. Please contact the attorney of record if there are any issues to address with respect to the requested amendment. .
