This request is for an amendment of the description of goods in the registration. This amendment is being made as part of a settlement with Hugo Boss Trade Mark Management GmbH & Co. KG. Bose Corporation wishes to amend the description so that it will now read: "Cases for eyeglasses and sunglasses that incorporate loudspeakers; eyeglass frames that incorporate loudspeakers; eyewear that incorporates loudspeakers; sunglasses that incorporate loudspeakers". The amendment should be accepted as it restricts the goods.
