The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration for a tread pattern on the bottom of a footwear outsole for which the following primary features are claimed: 1). a raised U shaped configuration with the wording "FILA" on the bottom arm of the U configuration; 2.) three sets of three rows of triangular shapes surrounding the U configuration on the outsole, where each set of triangular shapes has one row of triangular shapes facing the front of the outsole between two rows of triangular shapes facing the rear of the outsole; 3.) one set of three rows of triangular shapes located in the middle of the center and rear portion of the outsole, where the set of triangular shapes has one row of triangular shapes facing the front of the outsole between two rows of triangular shapes facing the rear of the outsole; 4.) a grid pattern of rectangular shapes on the rear of the outsole that is broken in the middle by a set of three rows of triangular shapes located in rear portion of the outsole; 5.) a V shaped notch located at the center of the rear portion of the outsole. The broken lines depicting the overall shape of the shoe and indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
