APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Matthew Slevin on December 19, 2018, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707. The identification of services is amended to read as follows:
In International Class 41: “Providing online non-downloadable publications in the nature of articles and newsletters in the field of journalism; Providing a website featuring news, information, non-downloadable articles and non-downloadable stories, regarding current affairs related to business, politics, government, the environment, education, entertainment, law and topics of general interest; Providing a website featuring non-downloadable audio recordings, videos and podcasts featuring news and commentary in the field of current affairs, business, politics, the environment, education, law, and topics of general interest; Providing information, news and commentary in the field of current events via the internet; On-line journals, namely, blogs featuring news and information in the field of current events; Educational services, namely, conducting conferences in the field of journalism”
