The trademark examining attorney has searched the Office’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d). TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).
Applicant may substitute the following wording, if accurate: “Cell phone protection covers and cases, cell phone {auxiliary, battery charger} cables, laptop cables, laptop battery chargers, cell phone battery chargers, laptop batteries, cell phone batteries, phone batteries; camera cases, camera closures, namely, {applicant must specify the goods}, camera filters, camera flashes, camera handles, camera tripods, camera shutters, Conversion lenses for cameras, Film magazines for cameras, Lenses for cameras, Monopods for cameras; Battery packs for laptops, Neoprene laptop covers, Plastic molded support base specially adapted to prop up laptop computers, Wheeled backpacks especially adapted for holding laptops; Mobile phone straps, belt clips for mobile phones; Batteries; GPS Tracking devices.”

Therefore, applicant must provide a more accurate description of the applied-for mark. The following is suggested:
The mark consists of the stylized word “ABLEGRID” with three small squares appearing as a cutout from the upper right portion of the letter “G”.
