Thank you for your email. I can enter the disclaimer. However, before doing so we need to clarify a couple of issues. Specifically, the id listed below is the original id with indefinite wording issues. The wording suggested in the Office Action was the following:

 

“Lighting fixtures and installations, namely, chandeliers, pendant lighting fixtures , mini pendant lighting fixtures , sconces being lighting fixtures , outdoor chandeliers, outdoor lighting installations, outdoor wall lanterns for lighting , outdoor hanging lanterns for lighting , outdoor post lanterns for lighting , vanity lighting installations, bath bar lights being vanity lighting fixtures , architectural chandeliers.”

 

Also, please note the disclaimer and ID issues are the same for 87721158 TRADE WINDS LIGHTING in standard character form. Please confirm that you approve the disclaimer, the above (and previously recommended) identification amendment for both matters.
