Dear Examiner DeJonge,
Please let us know a convenient time to briefly discuss the attached final office action and proposed amended class descriptions.
After discussion with the client regarding core business goods/services, many of the descriptions are proposed to be deleted.
We would like to ensure such proposed amendments are acceptable, and discuss the most expeditious way to enter them, whether by examiner’s amendment or a response.
Thank you, and let me know if you have any questions.
