Miscellaneous Statement
In response to the specimen refusal, applicant has submitted screen captures of applicant's website - which has been recently updated. Further, applicant's website is updated periodically, in the regular course of business. In response to the request for additional information: (1) The specimen was submitted to show use of the mark for following services: "Continuing public service programs in the field of political and social issues relevant to Muslims produced and distributed over television, satellite, film, audio, video, internet, and 3-D virtual reality media" (2) The specimen (both the prior submission, and the most recent additional specimen) have not been created for submission with this application. Both website updates have occurred in the normal course of business. (3) Applicant advertises its services primarily over the internet, through its own website. (4) Applicant's services have been provided since April of 2007. Applicant's services are not of the type where payments are rendered and recorded by invoice. Thank you for your time and consideration. We trust that this submission has resolved any outstanding issues pending on this application.
