EXPLANATION OF FILING
Registrant respectfully requests the amendment of the registered trademark from "GOOD SENSE" to "GOODSENSE". Pursuant to TMEP Section 1609.02(a), a registered trademark may be amended provided that the amended trademark contains the essence of and creates the same impression as the original mark. Removing the space between the words "GOOD" and "SENSE" is immaterial and does not change the overall mark. Thus, Registrant respectfully requests acceptance of the amendment and reissuance of the registration certificate.
