In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

In the March 6, 2018 Office Action, the Examining Attorney required Applicant to provide the date of first use of the mark anywhere and the date of first use of the mark in commerce for this Section 1(a) application.  Applicant has provided the requisite dates of first use and first use in commerce, verified with an affidavit or signed declaration. 

 

WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests the Examining Attorney to pass the application to publication.
