I am the trademark examining attorney assigned to SERIAL NUMBER: 87406736 CRICKET. I have only one requirement and that is for a more specific identification of services for some of the services listed in the original application as follows [the highlighted portions are not acceptable as is]:
Health care services, namely, providing online chronic disease management programs; health care services, namely, providing online intervention programs, online education for patients in the field of chronic disease management, and online access to clinical support; providing healthcare information; providing educational information about healthcare; health assessment services; medical diagnostic testing, monitoring and reporting services; medical testing for diagnostic or treatment purposes; monitoring of data indicative of the health or condition of an individual or group of individuals for medical diagnosis and treatment purposes; providing an internet website for medical professionals and medical patients featuring medical information to treat chronic kidney disease; patient networking in the nature of providing an internet-based database of patient medical information where patients can inquire about medical issues and procedures from other patients and can relay information about their medical experiences for support and community.
I suggest:
Health care services, namely, providing online chronic disease management programs; health care services, namely, providing online intervention programs, online educational information for patients in the field of chronic disease management, and online clinical support consultation services; providing healthcare information; providing educational information about healthcare; health assessment services; medical diagnostic testing, monitoring and reporting services; medical testing for diagnostic or treatment purposes; remote monitoring of data indicative of the health or condition of an individual or group of individuals for medical diagnosis and treatment purposes; providing an internet website for medical professionals and medical patients featuring medical information to treat chronic kidney disease; patient networking in the nature of providing an internet-based database of patient medical information where patients can inquire about medical issues and procedures from other patients and can relay information about their medical experiences for support and community.
Note that the term “access” in online access to clinical support is interpreted by the Office as telecommunications services and is not acceptable in Class 44.
