I am the Examining Attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office assigned to examine the applied-for trademarks in Ser. Nos. 87230576, 87230591, 87230591, 87230603, 87230608.

 

Each of these applications list Ford Motor Company as the applicant name and Michigan as the state of incorporation. 

 

After reviewing the register, most marks listing Ford Motor Company show that the state of incorporation is Delaware.  Should the pending applications named above be revised to reflect Delaware as the state of incorporation?

 

Please reply by the end of business day, Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2016, and I can make this revision via Examiner’s Amendment.  If I have not heard back from you by that time, I will issue an Office Action.
