The response for the above-referenced application has been reviewed.  Applicant retained the wording “computer software for controlling and executing simulation programs and training simulators” in Class 42. However, this identifies Class 9 goods.  Please let me know if you would like me to delete this wording by Examiner’s Amendment, thus placing the mark in condition for publication. Otherwise, please file a response using the Voluntary Amendment form below to add Class 9, re-classify the goods in Class 9 and pay the additional fee.
