APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Monique E. Liburd on September 7, 2016, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.  Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq. Applicant's amended mark description and amended identifications in International Classes 35, 39, 41 and 42 are accepted.

 

The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:  “computer software used for the control of voice controlled information and communication devices; voice recognition software; computer software for accessing and searching online databases and websites; software for searching a user's mobile phone, computer, tablet computer, or other electronic communication device for documents, files, and other stored information; providing online downloadable music; providing online downloadable electronic books in the fields of arts, photography, biographies, memoirs, children's books, history, literature, fiction, mystery, suspense, romance, science-fiction, fantasy, teen, and young adult; providing online downloadable video recordings in the field of action, adventure, drama, exercise, fitness, comedy, children, family, fantasy, documentaries and science-fiction, in International Class 9.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).

 

The identification of services in International Class 43 is amended to read as follows:  “making restaurant and hotel reservations for others.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).

 

The identification of services in International Class 45 is amended to read as follows:  “providing personal concierge services for others comprising making requested personal arrangements and reservations and providing customer-specific information to meet individual needs, all provided by voice-controlled inquiries via a mobile phone, computer, tablet computer, or other electronic communication device, namely, adding and accessing calendar appointments, alarms, timers, reminders, all for personal use; online social networking services.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).
