APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Applicant’s counsel, Rachel Hofstatter, on December 13, 2016, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707. Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.
AMENDED IDENTIFICATION OF SERVICES
The identification of services is amended to read as follows:
Class 42: Aerial surveying; remote measuring services, namely, using aerial imagery and aerial data collected from aerial sensors to remotely measure terrain, roads, the exterior features of buildings, and elevations, all to facilitate inspections, traffic monitoring, wildlife monitoring, scientific research, land surveying, and mapping of the earth and structures on it; remote sensing services, namely, data acquisition and collection for aerial surveying and coordinate-measurement purposes using aerial imagery taken from film, video, and digital camera systems, LiDAR, and thermal imaging sensors; bulk photo film scanning services

OUTSTANDING ISSUES RESOLVED
Upon entry of the above amendment, the requirement to amend the identification of services is hereby SATISFIED and the requirement to pay filing fees for additional classes is hereby OBVIATED. TMEP § 713.02. In addition, upon further consideration, and in light of the above amendment, the Section 2(d) refusals are WITHDRAWN. TMEP § 713.02.
