APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Chris Norton on November 9, 2018, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  No response is necessary.  TMEP §707.  Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.

 

IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS

 

The identification of goods is amended as follows.

 

In class 5, change “nasal cleaning preparations for medical purposes, medicated nasal moisturizer, external nasal strip dilators” to “nasal cleaning preparations for medical purposes; nasal rinse; nasal spray preparations;” [“external nasal dilators” are in class 10, so they are added at the end of the ID in 10].

 

The ID in class 20 is amended to read:

 

“Nonmetal bathtub grab bars; mirrors; infant and baby walkers; infant and baby bouncers; mattresses; pillows; mattress cushions, toppers and foundations; nursing pillows; portable baby bath seats for use in bath tubs.”

 

The ID in class 28 is revised to read:

 

“Exercise machines, platforms and tables; personal exercise mats; fitness machines and equipment, namely treadmills, stair stepping machines, stationary cycles, elliptical machines; fitness equipment, namely, straps used for yoga and other fitness activities and for carrying a yoga mat; athletic supporters and tape; athletic equipment, namely, striking bags and shields; protective athletic cups; baby and children's multiple activity toys; play mats; baby swings.”
