The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 5172611 MEDEX(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/86861622/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING

Registrant respectfully requests that the Certificate of Registration be amended to reflect that Registrant is a Delaware corporation instead of a Pennsylvania corporation.  Registrant was mistakenly identified as a Pennsylvania corporation at the time of filing the application that matured into the subject registration. However, as of the time of filing the subject application, Registrant had merged from a Pennsylvania corporation to a Delaware.  Therefore, Aethon, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, did not exist as a legal entity as of the subject application filing date because it had merged into a Delaware corporation, which filed the subject application. The merger documentation has been recorded with the Assignment Division, and is also attached hereto in the Miscellaneous Statements Section.  Therefore, Registrant respectfully requests that the Certificate of Registration be amended accordingly.
